For anyone who's read my circles tutorial. Here's a video of a b-boy at Wisconsin-Madison who does circles on a concrete barrier and a table.

And a new tutorial is on its way.

Coming off of physical therapy and feeling much better. Might have to go back once or twice more for a "tune-up", but the worst is behind me.

In training news, I'm getting back into my planche work as well as working on several unique strength skills that it's likely you've never seen. At least I haven't heard much talk of them at all. More on that when they develop.

    Training section updated!

Hope everyone had a great 2005, and best of luck to everyone with their training in 2006!

Well here they are. Not one, not two, but two and a half tutorials. I wrote up something on intermediate handstand pushups and freestanding handstand pushups, as well as updating the handstand pushups for beginners by adding a few more progressive exercises. That's more then enough handstand info to take you well into 2006.

In other news, I've been seeing a physical therapist about my right wrist. It's feeling better, yahoo.

And last but not last, much thanks go out to all the guys at VA Parkour and American Parkour - Jesse, Mike, Akh, Skipper, Leon, Kipup, and about a dozen other guys I'm probably forgetting now, for putting together a sweet parkour jam last weekend. I'm hooked. I just have to get myself a decent pair of shoes and get back on the streets for some more runs.

I didn't know how others would feel if I posted their action pics, so here's just one of me from the jam when we stopped for lunch and did some hand balancing (thanks pkemmie!). If there were any actual parkour shots taken of me that weekend, they probably involve me catching my feet while trying to jump over railings. Hah.

2005 is almost over. I hope everyone has a safe and happy holiday season and a great 2006!

I asked Santa to bring me an Iron Cross this year, but I'll probably just get socks...
