Seminar in Alexandria, Virginia! Saturday, January 22nd!

Hello all – just to let you know that my next seminar will be a beginner gymnastic seminar at Urban Evolution in Alexandria, Virginia on Saturday January 22nd, 1:00-3:30pm.

As with the other beginner seminars we will cover the following –

-headstands

-handstands

-handstand pushups

-muscle-ups
