90 degree pushups – negatives – 5-7-12

60 lb rope climb
Here’s an old video from “the vault”. A 60 lb weighted rope climb from May 2006. I started working this exercise as a potential progression to the one arm rope climb but found it far too stressful on my elbows in the long run. Still fun to do though.
