Philadelphia/New Jersey Seminar! – March 1st, 2009
Hey everyone, I’m happy to announce a new “beast skills” seminar on Sunday, March 1st. I’ll be holding it at the High Performance Gymnastics Training Center in Chalfont, PA. This is about 45 minutes north of Philadelphia, which puts it in a great location for anyone in the Philly or Jersey area.
I will be holding TWO seminars that day. One will be a beginner seminar, one will be an advanced seminar.
The beginner seminar will be held from 8am to 10am and be for those just learning how to kick into and hold a handstand, as well as those learning basic ring skills for the first time. Perhaps they are trying to get their first muscle-up.
The advanced seminar will be held from 10:30am to 12:30pm and be for those who have an ok to solid handstand, as well as those people who might be able to perform several muscle-ups on the rings.
All those who sign up for the beginner seminar will be able to sit and watch (but not participate) in the advanced seminar, if they choose. I’ve decided on this so that no one will hesitate to sign up for the beginner seminar. If you are a beginner, please pick the appropriate seminar. I promise you will get your money’s worth!!
And speaking of money, seminar cost is only $60 from now until midnight on Wednesday, January 28th. After that, the price will rise.
