The afternoon session is already SOLD OUT, but at the time of posting we still have 3 open spots in the 9am morning session. This is a beginner gymnastic seminar that will be covering headstands, handstands, handstand pushups, and muscle-ups, among other skills.

What did people have to say about the last seminar I held at CrossFit Ignite? Here are some unsolicited testimonies –

“The consensus among all of us was that you gave one of the best seminars ever. Easy progressions and great coaching. I would definitely come to another one.”

“Just wanted to say thanks again, you are not only inspirational but a fantastic instructor.”

“Hey Jim, Want to thank you for an awesome weekend. The feed back has been amazing and so positive.”

“I just wanted to write you a quick email to say thanks so much for teaching me a ton of practical ways to learn some very tough exercises…I really got so much out of your teaching and advice and I am confident that I will be able to improve in many areas.”

“Jim ur bad ass!!! Thanks for the useful info.”

“Thanks for all the information and personal instruction.  Both my son John and I really enjoyed the seminar. Literally John said to me on the way home “That was the best way to spend a Saturday afternoon.”

At 15 years old, John is the youngest member of CrossFit Ignite, and the youngest seminar participant I’ve ever coached. How did his day go? How about his first muscle-up?

Congratulations again John!!!

Next on this post, I live in Washington, DC where our local CityPaper holds a “Best Of” voting each year. I’ve been a Personal Trainer to a variety of amazing people for the past several years. I’ve also had the pleasure of meeting and helping numerous others at my handstand workshops and gymnastic seminars. Finally, I’ve dispensed countless amounts of training advice and tutorials through emails and my Beast Skills Web site. Help me receive some recognition for all the hard work!

If you feel I’ve helped your training, then please consider a vote for me for “Best Personal Trainer” for Washington, DC for 2010. Click on the button below or here. Only one vote per person, please. Thank you so much for all the support.
