Ran a great Beast Skills Gymnastics seminar last Saturday. If you’re in the Alexandria, Virginia area, then definitely check out Urban Evolution. They specialize in Parkour, Breakdancing, Capoeira, Acrobatics, and more!! I didn’t have too much time to play around on their equipment after the seminar, but I did try some of their “Ninja Warrior” obstacles – video to come!
