Quick Tip for your Planche
Hey guys, just a quick tip for those of you working on the planche. If you don’t have a set of parallettes, try a set of dumbbells or pushup handles to work your exercises on. I’ve found it’s less wear and tear on the wrists. More tips and exercises for the planche to come!
