Proper Squat Depth – 125 Kg x 3

A companion video to my recent post about movement standards – www.beastskills.com Here you can see what I consider to be proper squat depth – the crease of the hip below the top of the knee. (Pause the video if you want) Barring any injury/pathology, get yourself flexible enough to get down to this position without the lower back rounding. Lift heavy and stay safe!
